• Wysigingswet op Basiese Diensvoorwaardes, 2018 / Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Act, 2018
• Wysigingswet op Arbeidswette, 2018 / Labour Laws Amendment Act, 2018
• Wysigingswet op Basiese Arbeidsverhoudinge, 2018 / Labour Relations Amendment Act, 2018
• Nasionale Minimum Loon Wet, 2018 / National Minimum Wage Act, 2018

Neem asseblief kennis dat die aanvangsdatum 1 Januarie 2019 is, maar dat die formele proklamasie aan u gestuur sal word sodra dit ontvang is. / Please note that the commencement date is 1 January 2019, but that the formal proclamation will be circulated as soon as it is received.   Enige verdere verhogings sal deur die NML-Kommissie onderhandel word en deur die President in die staatskoerant geproklameer word. / Any future increases will be handled by the NMW Commission and proclamated in a gazette by the president.

Wat die NML-Kommissie betref, is die spesiale bedeling soos volg (Bylae 1 van die NML-Wet) / As far as the NMW is concerned, the special dispensation is as follows (Schedule 1 of the NMW Act):

• R18 per uur vir landbou- en bosbouwerkers, insluitende huishoudelike werkers en veiligheidswagte wat op plase werksaam is / R18 per hour for agricultural and forestry workers, including domestic workers and security guards employed on farms;
• R15 per uur vir huishoudelike werkers wat nie op plase werksaam is nie / R15 per hour for domestic workers who are not employed on farms;
• R11 per uur vir UOWP (Uitgebreide Openbare Werke Program) werkers / R11 per hour for EPWP (Expanded Public Works Programme) workers.
